This policy explains how ET Avel ("Avel", "we") handles the personal data you give us through this website.

What we collect
When you send a request we receive your name, your phone number and/or email, and your message. We collect nothing else and use no advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request and send you a quote. The legal basis is your request for a quote (steps taken before entering into a contract).
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for up to 2 years unless we enter into a contract, in which case data is kept for as long as the law requires.
Who we share it with
No one, except the website's hosting provider, which stores the data on our behalf. We never sell data or pass it on for advertising.
Cookies and the map
The website sets no cookies for visitors. The map on the Contact page loads from Google Maps only if you press "Show the map"; Google may then set its own cookies under its own policy.
Your rights
- to ask for access to, or a copy of, your data;
- to ask for correction or deletion;
- to object to or restrict processing;
- to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
