In recent years, European trends in the technological development and consumption of sun protection products have taken on a lasting shape for the future: external sun protection is taking a growing share from internal sun protection, and internal aluminium products are gradually being replaced by textile ones. The first trend is entirely tied to the aim of combining sun protection with thermal insulation and the controlled use of natural light in rooms. The main driver of this is external slat blinds.
