KÖMMERLING 76AD entrance door
Entrance doors made from five- and seven-chamber PVC profiles
Thanks to their good thermal insulation qualities, PVC doors are a practical solution for entrance doors of houses or external terraces, where the aim is a good balance between aesthetics, warmth and security.
The main difference between standard PVC window sashes and PVC entrance door sashes is the larger size of the profile, which makes it possible to fit hinges with a high load capacity, as well as a variety of multi-point security locking options. The galvanised system reinforcements fitted in the sashes are 2.5 mm to 3 mm thick, which makes the entrance doors stable and reliable. The frame can have a high threshold (from the frame profile) or a low aluminium threshold of 20 mm, which allows easy passage without any risk of tripping. Another distinguishing feature of PVC entrance doors is the option for them to open outwards, as well as the fitting of a handle on the outside.
PVC doors are available in a rich range of wood-effect colours, as well as various infill solutions for the sash:
- solid PVC, aluminium or HPL thermal panel with a thickness of 20-54 mm in the same colour as the profiles;
- decorative thermal panel with various ornamental shapes, with or without glass;
- glazing unit with various ornamental glass.
